The customer service with your business beats the other Internet companies in town hands down. Your Internet speed is the fastest in town.  Its also the best service. I understand there is added latency during bad weather but it works. What I like about WOI is you make me feel important, you care about my problem, you communicate well, and you fix the problem as quickly as possible.
